Start by clicking 'New Opportunity' and selecting the 'Email Builder' option. Add the route you have in mind and the Incoterms—or leave the route empty if you're still deciding. Next, add the products and select the account from your list. If any pre-populated templates appear but you don’t want to use them, simply delete them.

On the right-hand side, open the Rate Panel and select 'Load from Opportunity.' Be sure to toggle on 'Include Portals' to retrieve rates from online integrations with ocean carrier portals. Then, click 'Search.' Monada will gather rates from all available sources for you to review.

Choose the rate card you prefer and drag it into the quote. Add your margin, and click the offer's title to edit it or add a description.

Looking for alternative routes? Open the Rate Panel again, search for another route, and drag the selected rate card into the 'Add Offer' area under your first option. The previous margin will already be applied. Once again, you can click the offer's title to edit details like transit time or the offer's validity.

When you’re ready, click 'Next' at the top to preview the email content of your offer. If needed, add recipients who aren’t already saved in the customer's settings. You can also attach a PDF copy of the quote.

Finally, review everything and send it off!
