Managing customer inquiries and creating quotes has never been easier than with Monada’s mailbox integration. Here’s a quick breakdown of how this powerful feature works:

1. Navigate Your Mailbox
Start by heading to the Email tab in the left-hand menu. Here, you’ll find your entire mailbox, with emails automatically classified by Monada. Look out for inquiries labeled as 'This is an opportunity' for quick identification.

2. Create Opportunities in a Click
When you find a relevant email, click 'Create Opportunity.' Monada’s AI extracts key details like origin, destination, and cargo information directly from the email, saving you time.

3. Assign Accounts with Ease
Link the opportunity to an existing customer account, or let Monada create a new account automatically if needed.

4. Fill in Missing Details
Easily add or tweak information, such as Incoterms, ensuring the details are accurate before moving forward.

5. Compare Rates
Open the Rate Panel on the right to load rates based on the opportunity. Include rates from your tariff lists or online carrier portals for a comprehensive view. Sort and compare rate components to find the best option for your customer.

6. Build and Send Quotes
Drag and drop the chosen rate into the quote, add your margin, and customize the email content for a professional touch. Choose between 'All-In' or 'Breakdown' views for your quote presentation, then send it directly via email.

7. Track Progress
Monitor the status of your opportunity on the Opportunities page and check handled inquiries in the Emails tab for a streamlined workflow.

How to Edit a Quote in the Price Quote Builder

Your offer is made up of a title, sections (such as Origin, Freight, Destination, etc.), and individual charges listed under each section—each with its own title. Everything in your offer is fully editable and can be customized in the Price Quote Builder, which is the first step in the Offer Builder wizard. Any element with an underline can be clicked and edited directly.

How to Send a Quote as All-In or with a Charges Breakdown

In Step 2 of the Price Quote Builder, you’ll see a preview of how the offer email will appear to your client. The email includes the quote details in three formats:
– in the email body,
– as a web link to a beautifully formatted online version,
– and as a PDF attachment (if you choose to include it).

You can choose to send the quote either as an all-in offer, where only the total amount is shown (without a breakdown of charges), or with a charges breakdown. This setting applies to all three formats above. To show the breakdown, simply click “Show Details”—the detailed charges will then appear in the email body, the web version, and the PDF.

How to Assign a Team Member as Opportunity Owner and Take Ownership Back

When you're collaborating on an opportunity, you can delegate the work by assigning it to another team member. They'll be notified as soon as the opportunity is reassigned to them. Once they're done, they can either assign it back to you, or you can reclaim ownership yourself at any time.
